Classes
The Little Class
2 ½ – 3 ½ years
Monday to Friday 9.15 am to 12.15 pm
This is a small group of up to ten children with two teachers. They learn to feel happy and secure with their peer group in a very calm and caring atmosphere. They are encouraged to develop practical life skills, individual learning, group work, creative art, project work, music and cooking.
The Big Class
3 ½ – 5 years
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 12.30 pm
The children can stay on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 3.00pm if they wish.
This comprises twelve to eighteen children with two/three teachers and aims to develop all the sensorial, linguistic and mathematical aspects of Montessori learning as well as cultural understanding, creative skills, music, cooking and project work.
